Calming Lavender
Perfect for desert or mid morning snack
- PROTEIN

- 3 tablespoons Uji Mara Mora original
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- Pinch of dried lavender
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup cold milk of choice
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
- Stir everything in a glass jar. Whisk well. And refrigerate for two hours or overnight.
Blend all your ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve layered up with chia pudding (see recipe).

Banana Charcoal Detox

- 4 tablespoons Uji Mara Moja Banana (or original for no sugar)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 teaspoon charcoal powder
- 1 teaspoon ginseng powder
- 1 teaspoon sweetener of choice
- 1/3 cup milk of choice
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy and serve cold or add more milk and put into a glass and enjoy with a non plastic straw.
Enjoy the cleanse, your body will thank you for it!
Berry Blast

- 3 tablespoon Uji Mara Moja strawberry (or original for no sugar)
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/3 cup of cold milk of your choice or water
- Handful ice cubes (if not using frozen fruits)
Blend everything in a blender until smooth and creamy. Serve in a glass topped with lots of fresh berries preferably chilled.
Watch out it can get addictive!
Eat Your Greens

- 1 small hass avocado
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ cup packed washed spinach
- ½ cup banana
- 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- ¼ teaspoon spirulina
- ½ cup milk of choice or water
Blend everything in your high speed blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl and serve cold topped with fruit, berries and some fresh mint leaves.

Chocolate Cocoberry Madness

- 5 tablespoons of Uji Mara Moja original (or caramel)
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons honey/maple syrup (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- 2 tablespoons coconut chips
- 2 tablespoons mixed nut (or nuts of choice)
- Handful of berries
- Chocolate shavings
- Cherries (optional)
Blend everything in a blender until smooth (expect coconut, berries, chocolate shavings, white chocolate balls, nuts and cherries). Transfer to a saucepan and bring to simmer. Pour into a bowl and top with coconut, berries, chocolate shavings, white chocolate balls, nuts and cherries.
This is not for the faint hearted!
Caramel Latte
Perfect for those lazy staying in bed days

- 5 tablespoons Uji Mara Moja caramel (or original for no sugar)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Add additional sweetener of your choice if necessary
- 1 cup of cold milk of your choice
Blend everything in a blender until well combined. Then transfer to a saucepan and bring to simmer. Pout into a mug and froth. Top up with cinnamon powder.
